Fall Party

Every year our Co-op has a fall harvest party.   This year I helped out with coordinating it.  It was nice having help.  Last year, I organized the whole thing by myself.   That is a big job.   Anyway,  We had a great time.  It was cold and rainy at times but all in all, everyone had fun.   We played many games.  We had games for the littles, Jr and Sr high, adults, and WELL, everyone!

I was in charge of the elementary aged games.   We played a few relay races, threw the rings on pumpkins, tossed balls to get candy out of cups, AND dug through cool whip (with their faces) to find gummy worms.   The games were a hit and the children left the game area with lots of candy prizes.

My two are in the Jr. high/ Sr. high range.    I missed all of their games since I was doing the elementary games at the same time.   Here are a few pics of my kids having fun.

Even the teens got to jump through the leaves during the candy scramble. (top photo)

The teens also did a really fun game that I may try at another time.   They all had stickers on their backs with their name on it.   Everyone else had to try and get a sticker from every single person by the end of the night.   The person who succeeded in getting all of the stickers won a prize.

We also played the donut game.   The donuts were tied to a clothes line by a string.   You  had to be the first to eat your donut without using your hands!    That was fun to watch!!!      We ended the evening with a campfire and cooking hot dogs around the fire.   Everyone also got a family picture taken.   Lovely evening.    We love the fall!
